What
is factoring?
Factoring is one of the most widely used forms of financing
to assist business people in managing their cash flow. It
provides quick and convenient funding at a time when it is
most needed. It smoothes out uneven cash flows. Factoring
is not a loan. It is the purchase of your real estate commission
for a particular single family residence sale. Our service
has been available to licensed Realtors nationwide since Agents
Advance was founded in 1996.
