Agents Advance’s commission advance service is immediate, and very easy to use. The service is done by telephone and fax. When you sell a single family residence and would like your commission tomorrow:
  1. You fax us a signed Commission Advance Request Form, and a copy of the sales contract and mortgage pre-approval.

  2. We fax you an acknowledgement and a Commission Sale Agreement for signature.

  3. Upon receipt of the signed Commission Sale Agreement, we directly deposit your money into your bank account or overnight your money to you.
